Welcome to a place where hope flows, judgement has no existence and change is possible.

Therapy is a uniquely individual experience. My approach to therapy is holistic in nature, arising from a place of trust, compassion, and empathy for each diverse individual that entrusts me with their care. People are multifaceted and juggle many things in this fast-paced world. Developing healthy skills and tools that increase resiliency to life’s adversities is of utmost importance. It is important to consider the whole person in entirety and within context; mental, physical, and emotional aspects of each individual’s experiences. Through good rapport and collaboration, a team is formed where healing, growth, and change are possible for each of my clients.

HOW IT WORKS

Services are provided to children 5 years and up, teens and adults. (Parental involvement is crucial for younger children to ensure carry over to the home, school and other environments.) Assessment, diagnosis and treatment plans are part of my structured therapy. A clear understanding of how therapy works to ensure a good fit and realistic expectations, as well as a road map in moving forward, promotes change, providing a clear-cut guide to evaluating progress. Each session is tailored to each clients unique centered goals based off of the treatment plan formulated in collaboration with each client.

I am humbled by the trust given to me by my clients to help them on their journey.
